Appointment Policy

To ensure a smooth experience for all members, we kindly ask that any appointment changes are made with sufficient notice.

Cancellations or Rescheduling

If you need to change your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You can update your booking through your dashboard or by contacting our team at info@genefuel.co.uk.

Late Cancellations or Missed Appointments

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or appointments missed without prior notice, will incur a £40 fee. This fee will be added to your subscription.

Unexpected Situations

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If something urgent occurs, please contact us as soon as possible and we will always aim to help where we can.
